Our retail partner companies typically like candidates who are happy in their current role and not looking for another opportunity. It's these passive candidates who become interested once we contact them and discuss their career goals relative to a current opportunity.

  • In-depth candidate research, screening and interviewing is conducted
  • Qualified, deliverable candidates are presented
  • Client and candidate interview debriefs are completed to determine cultural fit
  • Confidential reference checks are completed
  • An appropriate offer is prepared and presented when candidate is ready to accept
  • Start date finalized
